Recipe 7: Making the Pasta Dough

I found some recipes and use one...
2 glass of flour ( 200 gr?)
3 egg
2 tablespoon of olive oil

Knead all the ingredients. Then roll out the doug and cut them as you wish... I boiled some and mmm... very very delicious. Now it's drying... I don't know what is going to happen them...Let's see...

*I have a pasta machine :P


Reçete 7: Makara Hamuru Yapımı

Bir yerlerden bir kaç tarif buldum ve birini uyguladım...
2 su bardağı un (200 gr olabilir)
3 yumurta
2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı

Tüm malzemeleri yoğurun ve hamuru açın... İstediğini şekilde kesin...
Deneme için bir miktar haşladım ve çoook lezzetliydi... Şimdi kalanı kurumaya bırakıldı.. Ne olacak bilmiyorum...

*Eh, ben makarna makinası kullandım...
